  1. Electrical panel inspection that will include tightening of all termination points
  2. All lighting fixtures with 8’ ceilings (remove, inspect & replace existing fixtures)
  3. 60-65 receptacles/switches (remove, inspect & replace existing switches/receptacles & cover plates)
  4. Written report of our findings and recommendations upon request

Additional work might include such items as: - required repairs to inspected items - wiring to additional outlets - new lighting fixtures replacement - new switch, receptacle & cover plates replacement - trouble shooting outlets that are not working - replacement of “Knob & Tube” or ungrounded wiring - upgrading of main electrical service to higher amperage - upgrading of outdated fuse panel to a new style breaker panel.
